I saw the Project You programme advertised on Facebook and the 6-week programme to try shift a few pounds and get some fitness into this body of mine. I got in touch with them via the advert to sign up and once I got started, I was on #TeamRoss. I followed the programme that was set up for my weight and what I wanted to achieve, and my body and weight has changed massively! I would highly recommend this to anyone all the staff are brilliant everyone cleans the machines after, and everything is put away. The personal trainers will approach you to help if you’re doing it the wrong way and correct you on your form without making you feel silly. I’ve absolutely loved it!
