I decided in September to take the plunge and get myself healthier, happier and fitter! Going to the gym 4/5 times a week for a solid 8 weeks! I never in a million years thought I would stick it out! But I did and I am so glad I did. To see the difference just from exercise has amazed me! And I still weigh the same throughout all photos! PROJECT YOU. What a fantastic way to kick off a journey to a healthier and more active me. Tanya and Terry and the team have been amazing through the Project You Programme and everyone at the gym is so warm and friendly which was nice after not having much contact with others over lockdown. I definitely recommend the Project You to others. I feel more confident and I’m learning and making positive changes to live a healthier lifestyle.
